5. Only one entry per person.

6. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.

7. Entries become the absolute property of the promoters and will not be returned.

8. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random from the postbag after the promotion closing date. The winner will be notified by post within 14 days of the promotion closing date and is required to accept their prize by email or letter within 14 days of notification. In the event of nonacceptance within the specified period, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn correct and valid entry.

9. There is one prize, which consists of: two nights mid-week accommodation for 2 people at one of the following spas: Forest Mere in Hampshire, Springs in Leicestershire or Henlow in Bedfordshire. A body massage and a facial for each person and unlimited use of all facilities, plus all meals. All additional treatments will be charged at the normal rate. The prize is not valid for a Saturday night and is not available at Champneys Tring and is non refundable.

10. The prizewinner will be responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the spa.

11. The prize will be issued in the form of a gift voucher, which will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.

12. There is no cash alternative to this prize.

13. The decisions of the judges will be the final and binding and no correspondence can be entered into.
